WOODMERE - A Far Rockaway man accused of impersonating a police officer to try and get into a Woodmere synagogue was arraigned on criminal impersonation charges. Police say Mikhail Mikhaylov was stopped as he tried to get into the Young Israel of Woodmere Saturday morning.
