Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has kicked off diaspora voter registration in Canada and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) following the easing of Covid-19 restrictions in the two countries. IEBC Chairman Wafula Cahebukati says the listing exercise in the two countries will go on for 15 days beginning February 1st.
