LOS ANGELES Police have thwarted attempts by pro-Palestinian demonstrators to set up a new anti-Israel encampment at the University of California, Los Angeles, where officers cleared a previous camp this spring after it was attacked by counterprotesters following mounting accusations of antisemitic harassment against Jewish students. Approximately 25 people were arrested late Monday for willful disruption of university operations and one for interfering with an officer, UCLA police say in a statement.

It was the most interactive class Ive ever taken at UCI, Nova Sari, a third-year student studying history with minors in computer science and Jewish studies, told JNS.
