October Book signings for Cape Cod Writers Center authors: Oct. 12: Don Wilding (Henry Bestons Cape Cod), 2-4 p.m.; Oct. 19: Jim Coogan (Cecilia the Seal), Catherine Allen (Reboot Your Life), J. Bean Palmer (My Cape Cod Magic), Joyce Prince (The Ghost of Jose Luis Munoz), all 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Oct. 12: Paul Lonardo speaks about his books and writings, 2 p.m. Hes a writer of short stories as well as several nonfiction books, including Life With Cancer and Caught in the Act, and a documentary film project.

Oct. 12: Well-known writer and Yankee Magazine contributor Edie Clark will visit Titcombs for a talk and signing of her book What There Was Not to Tell, 2 to 3 p.m. Refreshments served. Free talk. 508-888-2331.

Oct. 15: Thomas Mickey will speak on his new book, Americas Romance with the English Garden, at 7 p.m. at Sandwich Public Library. Free event, co-sponsored by Titcombs.
