Hamas uses populated areas for lunching rockets into populated areas A clip released by the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam brigade showing part of their 10.29.2012 rocket lunching (~20 rockets total) towards southern Israel. The clip demonstrate the way Hamas exploits the populated areas of Gaza Strip, knowing either way is a win-win: If the IDF shows restrain from attacking these area - Hamas managed to lunch rockets without losing men
